Vendor Registration FAQs
Vendor registration is $200 per vendor space.
Your registration includes:
- One vendor space
- Access to thousands of attendees
- Opportunity to sell products and services
- Promotion through event marketing efforts
No. Vendors are responsible for providing their own:
- Tent
- Table
- Chairs
- Display materials
- Signage
Tables and chairs are available for rent via the registration page.
Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
Vendor registration is completed online through our registration portal: Pay the $200 vendor fee. Vendor spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Vendor registration will remain open until all spaces are filled. Because vendor spaces are limited, early registration is strongly encouraged.
Vendor Setup & Logistics
The vendor setup time begins at 10:00 AM sharp. Vendors should plan to arrive early and be fully operational before the event begins.
No. Vendors are expected to remain open and operational until the conclusion of the event at 6:00 PM unless prior approval has been granted.
Electricity is not guaranteed. Vendors requiring electricity should contact event organizers before registering.
Yes, subject to event guidelines and placement requirements. Please notify organizers in advance if you plan to bring a generator.

The Juneteenth Black Business Expo is one of the largest Juneteenth celebrations in the DMV, bringing together Black-owned businesses, entrepreneurs, community organizations, artists, performers, sponsors, and thousands of attendees for a day of culture, commerce, networking, and celebration.

We anticipate 3,000+ attendees throughout the day. Attendance figures are based on previous years and ongoing promotional efforts.
Yes. The event will proceed rain or shine unless severe weather or emergency conditions require cancellation.
