These terms govern use of the online store of Extraordinary Business Solutions ("EBS," "we," "us") and purchases made through EBS. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
What we sell. EBS provides payment processing equipment, point-of-sale hardware and software plans, payment gateways, and related business services. EBS is a merchant services provider and an authorized Paysafe partner. Certain offerings on this store — including business funding, insurance, payroll, and healthcare programs — are provided by third-party partners. EBS is not a lender, bank, or insurance carrier, and approval for partner products is determined by the partner.
Pricing and payment. Prices on this site are shown in U.S. dollars to indicate the value of each product and service, and may change without notice. EBS does not take payment through this website; purchases are completed directly with EBS under an invoice or merchant agreement. Recurring software and service plans bill on the cycle stated in your agreement and continue until cancelled under its terms.
Equipment Placement Program. Equipment provided under the Equipment Placement Program is placed, not sold. A one-time $35.00 shipping and handling fee is collected by ACH before shipment. Placed equipment remains the property of EBS. If your processing relationship with EBS ends, we email a prepaid return label; the equipment — device, charging cables, power cords, and all accessories — must be returned within 10 days. Equipment not returned within that window is charged at replacement cost by ACH debit.
Purchased equipment. Equipment purchased outright becomes your property on delivery. Manufacturer warranties, where offered, are provided by the manufacturer; contact us and we will help you reach the right support channel.
Merchant services. Payment processing services are provided under a separate merchant application and agreement. Nothing on this store changes the terms of an executed merchant agreement.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, EBS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of products or services purchased here. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service at issue.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted at your time of purchase applies to that purchase.
