Information we collect. When you place an order or contact us, we collect the information needed to serve you: name, business name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and order details. When you pay an EBS invoice or enroll in a service, payment card data is collected and processed by our payment processors; EBS does not store full card numbers. Our store platform also collects standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it. To process and deliver orders, provide and support our services, communicate about your account and orders, send marketing emails you have agreed to receive, and meet legal and compliance obligations.
How we share it. We share information only as needed: with payment processors and gateway providers to complete transactions; with shipping carriers to deliver orders; with partner providers when you apply for or purchase a partner offering (such as funding, insurance, payroll, or healthcare programs) so the partner can evaluate and serve you; and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
