Returning Your Equipment
A prepaid call tag is provided — return the device + cables + cords + accessories within 10 days of the call tag being issued.
Replacement Charge
If the equipment is not returned within the window, its replacement cost is debited via the ACH authorization on file — no separate invoice is issued.

Is the $35 fee recurring?
No. The $35 placement fee is one-time — it covers shipping & handling and is collected by ACH before shipment. Processing, software, and other applicable service charges are separate and governed by your agreements.
Does every business qualify?
No. Placement is subject to qualification and review, and device availability varies. Applying does not guarantee approval or a specific device.
When does my equipment ship?
After your application is approved, the placement agreement is completed, and the $35 ACH payment clears.
What happens if I leave the program?
The equipment is company property. A prepaid call tag is provided — return the device, cables, cords, and accessories within 10 days of the call tag being issued. Equipment not returned is charged at its replacement cost via the ACH authorization on file.
