EBS for Restaurants

Great Food. Fast Checks. Honest Processing.

From the first bar tab to the last tableside check, a restaurant's money moves in bursts — and every burst runs through your processor. EBS builds the setup around how a dining room actually works, then prices it in the open: interchange + 0.50%, $35 a month flat.

01How Restaurants Get Paid

Built for the Rush, Not the Brochure

A dining room does not run on one kind of payment. It runs on tabs, tips, split checks, and a kitchen at full volume — so the workflow has to hold all of it at once.

01

Tips & Tip Adjustment

Run the card for the meal, adjust for the tip at close-out. Tips settle cleanly with the check — no separate transactions, no workarounds at the end of the night.

02

Bar Tabs

Open the tab with a card and close it when the guest closes. One running tab, one final amount — the rail keeps moving.

03

Split Checks

By seat, by item, or straight down the middle. Guests pay their way, nobody does math at the table, and the table turns faster.

04

Tableside & Counter

Take the payment to the guest or keep it at the counter — handheld at the table, station at the pass, one connected setup.

05

Peak Kitchen Volume

Friday at 7 PM is the real stress test. The setup is prescribed for your rush, not your average Tuesday.

06

Gift Cards

Clover Gift Cards keep the money in-house: a guest buys one tonight, and a new guest walks in with it next month.

02The Right Setup

The Right Iron in the Right Spot

We look at your floor before we prescribe a single device. Counter, table, or tight pass-through — each spot gets the gear that fits it.

Counter — Purchase

Clover Station Solo / Duo

The command center where tickets land: full POS power at the counter. Station systems are sold at outright store prices — they are not part of the $35 Placement Program, and we will tell you that up front.

Tableside — $35 Placement

Clover Flex 4

A full POS that walks: tableside ordering and payment, tip on screen, check closed at the table. Available through the $35 Equipment Placement Program.

Tight Counters — $35 Placement

Clover Compact

Counter power in a small footprint — for cafés, counters, and pass-throughs where every inch is already spoken for. Available through the $35 Equipment Placement Program.

Placement gear stays EBS property under the Merchant Equipment Agreement — or buy any device outright at store prices.

03What It Costs

One Processing Fee. In Writing.

Most restaurants learn their real rate from a statement autopsy. We publish ours before you sign: the card networks set interchange, we add 0.50%, and merchant services are $35 a month flat. The full math lives on our pricing page.

Processing

Interchange + 0.50%

Each card's true cost passes through, plus one published processing fee. No tiered mystery, no padded rates hiding in the fine print.

Monthly

$35/mo Flat

Merchant services at one flat monthly fee — not $35 plus a page of line items you find later.

Equipment

$35 One-Time Placement

A one-time $35 shipping & handling fee places modern equipment through the Equipment Placement Program. No lease, no monthly rental.

Need capital for a kitchen rebuild or a second room? Funding runs through David Allen Capital — EBS is not the lender.
